We regret to inform you of the recent passing of Michael G. Lehman, M.D. Also regretfully Lehman Dermatology Clinic, P.A. has ceased operation. Your health and wellbeing have been of the utmost importance to Dr. Mike and the staff at Lehman Dermatology Clinic, P.A.

As a reminder, your health records are confidential. Please note as of April 17, 2023 Lubbock Dermatology and Skin Cancer Center, LLP, 3601 22nd Street, Lubbock, Texas 79410, Phone 806-796-7193 has agreed to serve as custodian of your medical records. A copy of your medical records can be released to you or your new provider with your written permission and request---per Texas law a fee could be charged. Please contact Lubbock Dermatology and Skin Cancer Center, LLP to request a copy of your medical records and for the written authorization form. As a further accommodation for any records request, effective June 1, 2023 all calls to Lehman Dermatology will be forwarded to Lubbock Dermatology.  

We encourage you to choose another provider as soon as possible to ensure timely care for your medical needs. For your convenience we are including contact information for the Lubbock County Medical Society (phone number 806-785-7917). This organization, your primary care physician, and the following local physician referral services can help you find a new provider:

We also suggest you confirm your new provider comes within your insurance coverage network. In the meantime, should you have a medical emergency please dial 911 or go to the nearest emergency department.
